Welcome to Darrick Doerner's Surf Education Adventure, based on the North Shore of Oahu. SEA is an intermediate to advanced-level program born from the desire to share knowledge and aloha with fellow surfers. SEA's mission is to provide a place where you can take your surfing and ocean knowledge to the next level, while learning to respect other surfers and the environment. Most, if not all surfers are interested in improving their surfing skills, whether that means being able to catch more waves, learning how to draw better lines, or becoming more comfortable in big waves. You will learn all these things and more, with Darrick Doerner and the SEA crew as your hosts and guides.
The program focuses on taking your surfing to the next level - it's definitely not for beginners! Conquering fear. Learning water safety. Expanding your ocean and wave knowledge. Returning to the true essence of surfing ... fun! As the sport of surfing grows, SEA feels that it is important to set a good example for the younger generation by respecting the environment and fellow surfers, and becoming true watermen and waterwomen rather than just surfers.
Although the North Shore is known for big waves, there are a variety of surf spots that cater to different levels of surfing. They will only take you out in conditions you can handle that are fun and challenging for you. With his background, there isn't a better person than Darrick to be your surf guide on the North Shore.

Reservation Policy
A 25% deposit is due upon reservation. The balance is due two weeks before your first surf session.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason over two weeks before the event start date, you will not be responsible for your balance. If you cancel your reservation for any reason within two weeks of the event start date, you will be responsible for the balance and will not be eligible for a refund. The weather, water and surf conditions are beyond the control of DD SEA and its agents and are not grounds for a refund. There is no charge for rescheduling your sessions, although the new date(s) will be subject to availability.
