Del Mar’s well-rounded program offers a mix of surfing, yoga, hiking, and massage. Time and tide wait for no man, so the times in which they teach the surfing element changes; they schedule the day according to the tides.
A Day at Del Mar Surf Camp
A day at camp often begins with an early morning hike into the surrounding mountains, where you can see monkeys, toucans and the amazing views of the sunrise; it’s a great spot to check the waves too! After hiking, if the tide is right, guests go straight to the ocean where experienced bilingual instructors take you to the perfect surfing spot for your ability. Catching and standing up on your first wave is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that you will never forget!
Indulge yourself after a surf session with the healthy, delicious meals and tropical fruit especially prepared for you. Choose the perfect ending to you day, wind down with a Yoga class, a massage or watching the sunset with an exquisite dinner.

Reservation Policy
Del Mar Surf Camp Reservation Policy,
Our packages are reserved with 50% deposit or full payment.
The remainder balance is paid in Costa Rica at the end of your trip.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy,
• If you need to cancel your reservation 30 days prior to the camp start date, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged. • If you need to cancel your reservation 15-29 days prior to the camp start date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. • If you need to cancel your reservation 15 days prior to the camp start, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
No exceptions to Cancellation Policy There is no exception to cancellation policy including weather or personal emergencies, flight cancellations or delays. Del Mar Surf Camp recommends purchasing Travel Protection Insurance through your travel agent. If Del Mar Surf Camp must cancel a camp, all the payment received to date will be refunded.
