Reservation Policy
Packages require 50% payment at time of booking and 50% payment 21 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are not allowed after bookings are made, but Nexus provides fully transferable credit for a period of up to three years if notification of changes to travel plans are provided more than 21 days prior to travel date (subject to limitation for any out of pocket losses suffered by Nexus as a result of cancellation, particularly likely during peak traffic weeks such as New Years and Carnaval). For cancellations made within 21 days of travel date, 50% of package amount may be retained as a credit for future use within such three-year time period. No refunds or credits are available for cancellation after initial travel date.
